Dan Young & Mike Rozinsky

We invite you to find a deeper level of intentionality in the act of bringing people together, so that you stand the best chance of co-creating the results you all want.

Dan Young and Mike Rozinsky have worked together across the Atlantic since 2020 and combined their styles and experiences as executives and consultants, co-founding When & How Studios in 2022. The aim of this work is to help create and the build the capacity for participatory experiences and meaningful conversations that connect and activate groups of people around the world.

Dan has spent the last 20 years working to improve the organisations around him, in roles as an engineer, consultant, executive leader and entrepreneur. He’s worked with leaders and teams around the world to further their practices, particularly in software product development and business agility. Informed by this depth of experience, he has developed his own practice for invitational change and improvement, offering consulting with a fresh approach, together with the facilitation of gatherings to transform the way people come together and solve problems.

Mike has over 25 years experience as an executive, consultant, coach, designer, and facilitator. As a self-described #conflicthugger, he partners to create impact through a variety of conflict management, change enablement, visual storytelling, restorative justice, as well as people and organizational development practices. He is a 1% for the Planet business member and was a panelist, advocate, and ally for the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program during his time at Fidelity Investments, which is a passion he continues to support in his client and personal work.
